How to purchase my artwork
You can purchase art directly from the gallery section simply select "Add to cart" and follow the on-screen prompts which will guide you through a fast and secure payment process via PayPal.
Please fill in all requested fields during the process and be assured that no extra or hidden costs will be applied to your order. The price listed on the artwork in the gallery is the price you pay and no more. I am offering a discount of £50 on any artwork if you pay by direct bank transfer, this cuts out PayPal fees on my end and I will give that straight back to you to help you save money on the purchase. If you would like to avail yourself of this saving please contact me and I shall give you the bank account and sort code so you can make the payment. If you live within 25 miles of Plymouth and you would like to pay cash I am also happy to do that and will hand deliver your art if you would like me to. If you would like to discuss a painting or have any other enquiries it will be my pleasure to assist you. I am always available and happy to help you.  Email me at
Free shipping Uk only
I will endeavor to get your artwork to you within 7 working days. As soon as your order goes to the courier I shall provide you with tracking information by email, you can then monitor the progress of the courier online and better arrange your time to take delivery with a signature.
Overseas shipping
I do ship overseas but I am afraid I cannot offer free shipping as the artwork will have to be more substantially packed for air freight etc to ensure safe arrival.  If you are interested in an artwork and would like to have it sent overseas contact me by email I will research what the costs are likely to be and I will get back to you with a quote . If you find the quote agreeable then we can move ahead. I will do everything I can to keep these extra costs to a minimum because I love the idea of my work going to other countries.

Shipping continued

Your artwork will be substantially packaged with good quality materials. When it arrives please check the condition of the packaging before signing for it. (you can even photograph the parcel with your mobile phone for reference at the time of delivery if you have any concerns). I use a reputable courier who have always provided an excellent & reliable service at home and abroad.

Returns -Your rights  14 days return policy

It is not in my interests for you to feel dissatisfied with the art you have purchased and I will gladly accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of the artwork if  for any reason you are dissatisfied. You will be refunded in full.  The artwork must be returned to me in the same condition it was in prior to delivery. Postage, packing and insurance costs of these kind of returns rest with the client. In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged I will accept returns within 14 days, for these kind of returns I shall reimburse any delivery costs incurred by you. I will need copies of your receipts from the courier for my own tax purposes. Should you wish to return an order please do not do so without first informing me so I can make sure I am available to sign for it.

Note: I have never had any reports from previous overseas collectors of importation tax being applied, that being said I advise you to check the importation tax regulations of your own country, (This can be done easily online in most countries now) The importer must take responsibility for such costs in the unlikely event that they should occur.

Accuracy of artwork photographs

I do my very best to ensure that the photographs on this website are a true and accurate representation of the tonal quality, brightness and contrast of the original artwork. The manner in which your PC monitor, i-pad, tablet, or phone display colour - contrast - brightness etc are independent of my control however and slight variables may occur from device to device.

I am happy to consider private commissions and if I feel that the subject matter and any other parameters you require are something to which I can fully commit. I will provide you with a price for the finished artwork and an estimate

regarding how long it may take.

If you find everything agreeable then we can move ahead. I will require a £350 non

returnable deposit before I begin the work, this will release funds with which I can purchase any required materials for the commission. the deposit will also help to cover any losses I may sustain should the commission be unexpectedly cancelled before completion.

I will require whatever time I need to complete the artwork, any time-scale I quote is an estimate  but I will keep you updated by email as to the progress being made. I want to give you my best and art is a process which cannot

be rushed. Please be patient. Please feel free to contact me if you feel I am the artist for the job.
